Longhouse Meetings are hosted by the Nation's Chief. Meetings are generally held on the second Monday of every month, beginning promptly at 7:00 PM.

Each Chief is asked to take a turn serving as host for a meeting. The host is generally responsible for refreshments, setup and most importantly, cleanup. The tradition of hosting the Longhouse dates back as far as most of us can remember. In the early days, each Chief was responsible for taking a month and hosting the entire Longhouse committee at their home. It involved refreshments, setup and cleanup as well as a bit of inconvenience for your families.
